Amit & Louise teasers Part I - Prep to ROM

As always, when it comes to updating website and blog, time has always been my major hindrance. (Hey, did I just sound like I was making excuses?).  Really, I mean that :P.   Anyways,  I had the opportunity to be the photographer of this lovely couple's ROM event held at The Arts House (Old Parliament), Louise and Amit.

Below are some random picks of the event, from preparation to the ceremony.  Hope you enjoy them.

Our Groom, Amit.  It was a pleasure working whit this gentleman, as he was very cheerful,
calm yet cooperative.

Some final touches...

Ready and set?

The joy in their faces as they are being "solemnized".

Smack!! That sealed the deal.

Watch for Part II - High Tea Candids, as soon as I'm done going through the images  :)

Melvin & Loretta - peeks at Noon's events

Snaps of the couple at around noon to mid-afternoon towards the ROM event at Marina Mandarin.

I made some minor tweaks to the Blog template.  It looks and feels more spacious now, with more room for me to cramp vertical images side by side.   Oh yeah, that metallic-looking header....

Melvin & Loretta - A quick peek on the morning event.

OK, I must confess, the day was an exhausting one as the events were stacked closer from 7:30AM all the way to about 11:00pm, with little breaks in between.  Nevertheless, I still enjoyed capturing images of this beautiful Chinese couple.  The "frozen" moments were all that matters, and well worth the effort.

Squeezy yet cozy little room, where the bride did her hair and makeup for the morning's event.

He came before the gate... and the "sa bo" begins...

The groom, reading the "marriage agreement" aloud for the bride to hear.

... more to follow very soon

First post

OK, this is my very first blog post. Just wanting to welcome myself in the world of blogging or at least have a preview of how it looks like out there, I did this hastily :P

Well, that's it for a simple "pilot run".    Watch for this space.
